A confidential client is seeking a hands-on mechanical leader to own fleet and facility maintenance operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
What you will do
- Lead daily inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and technical documentation.
- Manage parts inventory, maintenance schedules, and reactive repair work.
- Lead and develop a team of mechanics while maintaining high standards for safety, uptime, and operational reliability.
- Partner with operations to keep specialized equipment performing safely and consistently.
What you bring
- Strong hands-on mechanical expertise with fleet, automotive, motorsports, industrial, or comparable mechanical systems.
- Experience leading technicians or mechanics in an operational environment.
- Sound troubleshooting, organization, and maintenance-planning skills.
- A safety-first mindset and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
